We had a really lovely stay at this vacation rental. From the moment we walked in, the space felt warm, clean, and welcoming — exactly what we were hoping for in a quiet getaway. The home was thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture was cozy, the layout was easy to settle into, and there was a nice balance of space to relax, whether as a group or on your own. It felt peaceful from the start — the kind of place where you could take a deep breath and actually unwind. Everything was in great condition and worked as expected. The kitchen had the basics we needed, and the host had clearly put care into making sure guests would feel at home. Nothing felt forced or overly done — just simple comfort in the best way.

This place was such an awesome stay for our group of friends visiting for a wedding. In all honesty, I would say that the listing even undersold and over delivered. Pool and hot tub were clean, plenty of space, and such a private and quiet location.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this was one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We all slept like a baby. Perfect 5 star home. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful stay near Grand Junction main stream and a short drive from wine country. Lots of space for us and our pets and the house came equipped with anything we could possibly need.

It was perfect for our needs. Walking distance from downtown. which had great plsces to eat. There was also a couple of food trucks right outside, which was delicious. We will definitely try to stay again next visit . Thank you for providing a nice, clean place.

Our stay in Downtown Grand Junction was excellent. The location is ideal—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space itself is charming, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with a quaint style that creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect home base for attending a concert in the city, and we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful large home. Great for a weekend or few day stay. Very clean. Close to Palisade for peach/winery trips. Near Mesa! Loved the large square dining room table for card games! Fun time. Would book again.

Very cool space, exactly as described and like the pictures showed! Great location as well that is nice and quite, but also very close to the all the great downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The place was wonderful! Easy check in and check out, very communicative host. Wish we could've stayed longer! The pool is private and was clean. The house creeks a lot at night but it's a cozy old place, so that's just part of its charm. Loved everything about it and would definitely stay again!
